Home Extension & Double Garage
One of the primary objectives of this project was to create open & inviting family rooms on the ground & first floor by extending the home over the original garage and to the opposite side of the property. By reconfiguring the space, we provided a more spacious and functional area for the family to gather, entertain, and relax. The new layout created two new family rooms, a bedroom and a cosy snug. The rooms have amazing views onto the beautiful garden enhancing the natural light flow, making the rooms feel bright and welcoming.

Project Info
To accommodate the growing needs of the family, we built an additional family snug room upstairs. This cosy retreat offers a perfect spot for quiet moments, reading, or enjoying media, adding both value and functionality to the home.
Our team provided a full decoration service, including applying decorative wallpaper and painting throughout. Each room was tailored to reflect the family’s taste and lifestyle, resulting in a personalised and harmonious living environment.
The ground floor features stunning tiling, while the upstairs boasts plush carpeting, combining durability with comfort. These choices not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the home but also provide practical benefits for daily living.
A new double garage was constructed, providing ample space for vehicles and storage. Complementing this addition, we installed fitted gates, enhancing both the security and curb appeal of the property. The extended drive ensures ease of access and additional parking space, accommodating the family’s needs.
The exterior of the home received a significant upgrade with a new porcelain patio & landscaping, perfect for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. Additionally we replaced the old fascia cladding with high-quality Trespa cladding, giving the house a modern, clean look that fits with the original design.
