Project Info

3 houses on Magdalen Road in Exeter were extended and remodelled into 11 flats with between 1 and 3 bedrooms for modern living. The exterior has a low maintenance courtyard for storing bins and bikes. Swift bricks were also installed to mitigate against the renovation work.
