The Barn – Stonebarrow Manor
Our project began with a complete internal strip, allowing us to start with a blank canvas. With the help of Modarc architects we redesigned the layout of the rooms increasing the room count from 3 to 4. This included a renewed staircase, giving a modern and elegant look that complements the rest of the interior. This focal point not only enhances the aesthetic of the home but also improves functionality & safety. We installed new electrics and plumbing systems, ensuring the home meets the highest standards of modern living. This essential groundwork sets the stage for a seamless integration of new features and finishes.

We redecorated the existing doors and windows, preserving the character of the home while giving it a fresh, updated look. This blend of old and new elements adds a unique charm to the overall design.
The exterior of the home received a significant upgrade with repointing of the stonework, enhancing both the durability and appearance of the property. Continuing the work to the outside of the property we painted the original windows, facias, soffits & gutters, again enhancing the appearance and durability whilst keeping these original features of the home.
To finish off the project, we redesigned and relayed the driveway area increasing the size & giving the driveway a fresh new look.
